In 2007 I continued to write for qboro, the arts, entertainment and lifestyle section of the Queens Chronicle;
contributing health and fitness features as well as profiles of emerging artists based in the Borough of Homes.
I also reported on the high-end amenities drawn to Downtown Manhattan by a recent boom in luxury developments in a
2,000-word piece for New York Living Magazine.
Previously my articles on exercise, diet and alternative therapies have appeared in the NY Daily News and Beauty Addict.
I have also published personal essays in NYCPlus (now ThriveNYC) and Mr. Beller's Neighborhood.
In 2003, I completed a certificate program in journalism at New York University. Prior to that,
I studied comedy and creative nonfiction writing at The New School; mining decades of experience accumulated while living and working in
New York City. My first published clip was a Manhattan Diary submission to The New York Times. |
